Mobile Technology Graphics began when a small business owner saw thousands of people pass by his store every day, yet few came in to make a purchase.
He sought a cost effective way to tap into this market and attract new customers. He researched radio, newspaper, and television advertising rates and discovered something important. The reach of these large media advertisements far overstretched his target audience of people near his store.
He began to examine other methods for more targeted advertising, like boards with changeable lettering, restaurant placemats and cash register receipts from other nearby stores. Those were better than traditional advertising, but it still would not distinguish his business from others and he knew after a few weeks that people would stop noticing.
A VISUAL display, however, could reach those people on a regular basis. So, he jotted down what he wanted this display to be:
1. Completely MOBILE
2. Solar-Powered (no noisy engines or power cords)
3. Eye catching and visually impacting
Research and development at Mobile Technology Graphics began with the retailer in mind, and not long after that, MTG’s first rental trailer was born. With the trailer’s success, other Electronic Messaging Boards were designed and then tested at various businesses, all of them netting great results with the recognition of Name, Products and Location.
Today Mobile Technology Graphics (MTG) continues to stay on the avant-garde path of research and testing of new visual product. They primarily serve the Eastern United States, including Florida, although their LED signs can be ordered by anyone in the U.S and Canada.
